  quick question, when sending monero, is the fee subtracted from the amount sent, so I need to add it to the total amount, or does it come in addition to the total amount?

  Try not to spend many coins at once if you can.

  If you received those coins from an exchange and you're sending them to another exchange directly, they could share their data and figure out which tx input is really yours and has been spent
