PredatorONormies: Transactions entry the txpool very quickly and receiving 1 confirmation in ~2min. Monero has no replace-by-fee mechanism, so once a tx is in the pool it will be confirmed, save the rare chain re-org. MoneroCash is likely a little used fork or a scam. I wouldn't bother digging for more info on it, but that's your choice.
