The first N%, with N plausibly about 80% (though I'd expect more like 90%) are fast, as various checks are skipped provided hashes match shipping known good hashes.

But you can run "sync_info" and check the mooooo line. It should start with 'm'atching and have a number of 'o' after it.

Your mooo line shows the next block span that's needed is ready, but the next dozen or so are not downlaoded yet. And you have a few down the line ready to go.
