Ezzocard.com, TheBitcoinCompany.com or CakePay.com may work. But some merchants require 3DS, which isn't supported... Not sure if this works:

in my experience. nearly EVERY merchant requires 3ds

Any idea why monerod could be writing to both $HOME/.bitmonero and also my specified data-dir of /monero/.bitmonero/ ? I also have log-file=/monero/.bitmonero/monero.log. It is writing there, but also still writing to $HOME/.bitmonero/monero.log
