Is there some tool out there that can look at my monero wallet (if I give it a view key) and convert the XMR amount to USD and display it on the CLI? I wish to program it into my status line (i3-blocks) so I can see my monero balance along with my bank balance :)

what would the simplest method be for displaying that on the command line? you'd have to run the monero-wallet-rpc to watch your wallet - and then a shell script would get the current balance with an rpc call, then display the usd value using some public converter api
