I'm currently using the CLI wallet, and I'm still awaiting an answer to my GUI wallet question BTW, but how can I check whether I'm actually mining or not? Because `status` doesn't show any information about it, balance doesn't seem to change at all, and `start_mining` tells me I'm already mining.

I realized that, so I set to 12. `Mining at 3.16 kH/s with 12 threads`

but even with 3kH/s you likely won't find a block anytime soon

I'm aware, I mined on this machine before, although on a pool.

1 month was enough to give me 0.2 XMR and an electricity bill of 22,000 yen (was normally 9,000 yen at the time).

Nowadays my electricity bill is around 11,000 yen a month, but that's because of a beefy server park I have now, and didn't have back then.
