xmrpatchwork for crypto swaps, not certain of the exact markup % per aggregator (these can be configured per release / added as 'secrets') but you can compare yourself by attempting the same trade in-app vs directly with the aggregator. Purchasing via debit/credit card? I dont know , depends who they use. Monero dot com is using changenow . io ,
