And that includes lan traffic, it's not like Monero doesn't try to help a little here and there, but there's also just way too many different ways, because for example, I'd assume most people are auctually using something like cake wallet, which really has to do all that work on it's own.

Realistically, the number of people who would notice a HTTP vs HTTPS is pretty low, and they're generally going to know what they're doing, not the other way around. :D
