Hello everyone, I am developing an api and library using monero and I would like to know how to estimate fees before sending a transaction. get_fee_estimate returns quantization_mask, fee an fees but I don't know what to do with these values.

You'd have to create the tx, and look.

There is code to estimate a fee in wallet2.cpp, but it's only an estimation.

What is the upper bound of a transaction fee ?
