lets quickly touch on some work groups - MRL ~ Ruckniums recent work on p2pool provided some tangible numbers of 'chain bloat' and such to push along the creation of 2 new issues

But the structural engineers have not done the calculations to make sure the loads are safe. No one can occupy the building (Seraphis can't go to mainnet) without those calculations

One thing nobody has mentioned, js the increase tx size from considations significantly reduces the # if tx per block without bumping your fee rate

Its possible for p2pool miners to accumulate outputs for a long period of time, then flood the network with huge tx as they consolidate

buffer keeps at a steady 40% in mplayer in the beginning but it gets empty eventually. I think some tuning might be needed. But it would be good if other folks could test it with i2p -- maybe the problem is with my setup. Not sure. On the proposal itself, I think it is ultimately the content that will decide whether it turns out to be useful and popular. I think personally, I would probably listen to it if there were a good
