A lot of exchanges that have no KYC simply block us IP to protect themself. They don't have KYC so there only way is to block US IP.

MajesticBank works fine in EU tho

while according to EU laws it should be requiring KYC

I assume he won't necessarily block know VPN IP in US.

If you are US resident and use a VPN, you are very likely to be using a VPN outside of USA.

If someone exit via a know US VPN, it is very likely that he is not from US, very low likehood of it being from a US resident so no need to block?

A KYC-Free exchange I use do block Russia.

But when I go there using a Russian VPN, it try to KYC me instead to confirm i'm not russian

Hello, how can I buy Monero with classic money? I couldn't find any info besides going to some exchange site and praying that I won't get ignored or scammed.

Or, possibly, is it saner by using another cryptocurrency as a middle man?
