does monero-wallet-cli --restore-deterministic-wallet accept a mymonero 13 word seedphrase

it would if my PR from years ago had been accepted :p i have even better code to support that which can be PR'd if needed

there are others reporting the problem but somehow emscripten maintainers dont seem to realize it's worth documenting even tho it probably affects a lot of ppl

anyway it's the game we're stuck with til browsers etc get their acts together vis a vis the system lib support around wasm

at least we have wasm! back in the day it wasnt possible
