The reward given by observer is the average

p2pool payout will list the minimum that is done

A share is not certain payout so observer can't report that

The share you find is valid for the PPLNS window, about six hours or so

I'll be deploying the new bridge (without puppet mode on IRC side yet) across a few rooms to ensure it's consistent
