vthor is around as of a few days ago. everything ofrnxmr said reg the protections CCS proposers have while in progress is true , you will not earn a single piconero from the CCS wallet without a combination of community approval / proposer handed a performance review deadline etc and your name merged into the master branch of the CCS repo.

MoneroTime/Zone is not affiliated in any way what so ever with the CCS wallet payout or administration
