I am looking to start mining Monero and I am in need of some help choosing the right PC for the job. I have a electricity cost of 0.24 USD per KWh, and I'm willing to invest in a powerful setup to maximize my profits.

Would you be able to recommend a pre-built PC that would be suitable for mining Monero efficiently and economically with this electricity cost in mind?

I think there is a good argument to be made that the tail emission probably increases circulating stock less than expected, due to people that are noobs losing their keys or coins or sending XMR to the void

Do people say tail emission is too high? Any time I read about it, it is just people defending it against inflation of gold.
