On Linux you just run the service local or in a container that at the end, run you're kernel.

On windows, docker is simply the **best** way to run linux based services. And it's damn well integrated to that wsl2 stuff

Immutable OSes + pods are the way to go IMO to ensure against variable gremlins, although the Linux space isn't quite there in the server space

Like Silverblue, yes. Used to be just Fedora's CoreOS, Silverblue, and Kinoite, but in the last quarter Fedora has doubled that with new spins for most of the other DEs

Anything that has a docker image should be runnable as a pod with very minimal changes

On the general consumer side Podman has also blown up with Red Hat releasing a 1.0 for Podman Desktop last month and one or two other misc gui pod management tools also becoming more accessible

So all the stuff you run will go thru some kind of tunnel stuff. Only software rendering for theses.

So windows move really well on the UI (because if's on the dom0)

Not all GPU play nice... If you can do run stuff that use 3D accel in that qube (like games). Also consider the security implication compared to a normal setup.
