but first I imported blockchain.raw I downloaded from getmonero.org

the easiest way would be to just sync up with ./monerod --prune-blockchain

you didn't do anything obviously wrong, I don't know why it's 120GB on your system

Hi. New here. Is this a good place to get some technical support with funds that have been sent from wallet to another but not arrived at the recipient wallet despite 3000+ confirmations? I've checked and re-checked the txn and can't work out what has gone wrong. Not an expert so now stuck. The amount transferred isn't massive but enough to want back if I can recover. The node calculates the fees, but I am not sure what parameters are taken to calculate them

nevermind, user error - I was testing sweep all - makes sense why the total amount would be less the fee if you're sending everything
