The good thing about i2p is that every client is also a router

So, while torrenting, you are also contributing to the i2p network's total bandwidth

So, in theory, the i2p network bandwidth expands in proportion to the amount of its users (ie, routers).

the thing you do with syncthing is that you exchange each other's "certificate"

I use Rutracker mostly, it is pretty high-quality, even though with their Atomic Heart stunt it seems like they bend to some copyright holders due to being so huge and legitimate.
