it talks about avoiding combining outputs and then in the end recommends churning by using sweep_all, which does the same thing (combine outputs)

what am I missing? I've never seen sweep_all be recommended for churning

yeah I'd consolidate those. an output needs to be usable in order to be worth churning. there are certainly instances where you *need* to consolidate and that's why we have sweep_all
