How long should I want before sending another transaction after a sweep/churn? I assume there's a delay between UTXO maturing and becoming included in decoy set.

Bitfinex doesn't have a direct XMR/EUR pair, but it's possible to trade XMR to Euro via some intermediate coin

I am just happy about a place accepting XMR. I couldn't donate to most projects I wanted to because of that (I would've used my card but I just can't). Think about prepaid cards now but not absolutely sure Stripe would accept it on their behalf.
