if tx key, just do the derivation to ephemeral again, if it matches, it's theirs

if view key, you do the derivation then check subaddress map for a valid offset (including main address)

it can fail, as monero one can as well. the blob of data might be garbage

or be affected by a Tari bug that overwrote the pubkey tag bytes :D

and cause monero doesn't save or expose tx key for get_block_template, it is non recoverable without bruteforcing the lost bytes

depending on pool 3-11 bytes of pubkey data were overwritten, usually 7 bytes

plus the type field, which made it fail parsing
