Do I understand it correctly that outputs and key images are recreatable meaning after making a tx if I drop my view only wallet and cold wallet in the bath tub I can just redo the outputs and key images again and continue transacting normally and blances will be correct? Or is it bad if i lose access to the output and key image files?

br-m<ivan8or:fireship.rip> iirc if you end up recreating your wallet from your seed / private spend key you will lose all history of previous outgoing transactions, however your your wallet balance will be correct and you can make future transactions like normal

I thought I had to keep them stored to keep track of any tx/balance I made using the cold wallet and that I would lose that information if I lost the files. Seemed really inconvenient so glad that is not the case and I can just red [... too long, see mrelay.p2pool.observer/e/8vCmj4ILM3F2NlhX ]
