Important is that trust comes before trading in these cases. So, for example, if you have a small local shop and government shots everything down, then by this time you have circle of “friends” (people you trust), who are still buying from you and who can

relay you still sell for them for crypto. Bust this trust circle you have to have before everything goes down. So, you better start organising your own local trust circles.

Focusing more on private individuals and entrepreneurship makes more sense for monero anyhow. I dont think institutional adoption and big companies accepting monero is the holy grail we are search for here. If you care about that just buy bitcoin or ethereum and call it a day.
