I am trying to use "transfer" method in wallet-rpc and add "subtract_fee_from_outputs" property, I am sending 0,004 XMR and I have 0,004 XMR on my account_index 0 and subaddress 0. I thought the fee had to be excluded from transferred amount, but wallet-rpc gives error "not enough money". How can I send exact amount
